Mango season is upon us here in Mexico. The Mexican mango season starts around March (depending on who you ask) and typically goes through the end of September. Which is basically all year long. The abundance of fresh, ripe mango is nothing short of blessing from Earth herself. According to webMD, mangos are a fab source of magnesium and potassium and said to potentially help with both inflammation and the stability of the digestive system—coupled with CBG found in our solo hemp relief—this is sure to be both a health tonic as it is a fun one. WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 cup Mango fresh or frozen. See Note 1
- 2 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 Lime
- 2 sage leaves
- 2 mint leaves
- 1 cup agua mineral /soda water
- orange peel for garnish
- solo hemp balance
WHAT TO DO
In a pitcher, muddle lime with a wooden spoon
Roll sage and mint together in your hands until its aroma is released.
Add herbs into pitcher with lime.
Gently press all ingredients with the muddler.
Blend mango and water in a small blender to create a mango puree.
Add the mango puree to herbal lime mixture and gently stir.
Fill the glass with ice. Top with sparkling aqua mineral
Garnish with rolled orange peel and stir with our artisanal glass pokers.
