Shipping & Returns
How am I notified after I place an order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Additional emails with your tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note that order processing and shipping will not occur on weekends.
What are your shipping fees and what options are offered?
We offer free USPS First Class shipping on all orders within continental US. The average transit time for USPS First Class shipping is 3-5 business days but may take up to 10.
When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US Territories, customers will pay for USPS First Class shipping based on weight of package.
We currently do not offer any expedited shipping options but hope to do so in the near future.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We currently only ship within the US. This does include US territories and non-contiguous states such as Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
After you place your order we are unable to make any changes on the selected products.
If there was a mistake in the address entered or any pressing issues with the order placed, please reach out immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number included in the subject line. We can likely accommodate address changes if you reach out within the hour of placing your order.
Can my order be canceled?
Your order cannot be canceled after being placed but it is possible to return unopened items for a full refund. Keep in mind that, as a customer, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?
Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if the product you have received is incorrect. Make sure to include your order number in the subject line and to write to us within the first 72 hours of receiving your product as we don’t accept claims after that point.
We will ship the correct product as soon as possible and request that you return the incorrect product with a prepaid shipping label.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
Please reach out to email@example.com as soon as you realize item has been damaged during shipping. Please include your order number, full description of damage, and, if possible, photos in your email.
Damage claims must be made within the first 72 hours of receiving the product.
We will attempt to correct the issue by providing a replacement or refund for the damaged items if claim is approved.
What do I do if I believe my item to be lost or stolen?
Xula is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your order has been lost you must directly contact USPS.
What is your return policy?
Xula accepts returns for unopened products within 30 days of receipt of order. Please note that products must be both unused and in their original packaging.
We do not offer any form of money back guarantee as CBD products affect everyone differently. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with as much detail on why you would like to return the opened product. Under certain circumstances we can provide refunds in the form of store credit.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with are return label and its fee will be deducted from the total refund amount for products being returned.
